Arkansas State University’s Army Reserve Officer Training Corps program produces top quality leaders. Education and leadership training are the main focus in the ROTC program. Military Science and physical fitness are also integral parts of the curriculum.

There are numerous ROTC affiliated clubs for students to join. Cadets interested in participating in the Ranger Challenger can join Sisler’s Raiders. The rifle club, “Pershing’s Rifles” meets weekly for practice. The Color Guard serves at various events in the university and out in the community.

Cadets at Arkansas State University can expect to achieve an incredible foundation for their careers in the Army. The high level of education coupled with leadership training help to ready young cadets. Second Lieutenants commissioned through Arkansas State University become proficient Army officers that are ready for any task.
