The University of Nebraska-Lincoln in Lincoln, Nebraska has an outstanding Naval Reserve Officer Training Corps unit. There are multiple types of scholarships available depending upon the situation. Many students can get four years of tuition, fees and books paid for. There are special scholarship programs for students studying subjects like math and engineering. Midshipmen are expected to meet physical fitness standards throughout the school year.
