The University of Oregon in Eugene, Oregon has an Army Reserve Officer Training Corps program. Cadets at the University of Oregon work hard to achieve academic excellence. The curriculum includes military science classes in addition to regular course work. Scholarship options are available for two, three and four year programs.

Participating in the physical fitness program is mandatory. Many students enjoy playing in competitive intramural sports. Cadets like to spend time training for the annual Ranger Challenge. Leadership laboratories challenge cadets to think outside of the box. Students get the opportunity to learn basic infantry skills during their field training exercises. The University of Oregon takes pride in preparing cadets for their future military careers.
