Central High School Naval Junior Reserve Officer Training Corps unit has earned a long list of achievements. They have been recognized as a distinguished unit with academic honors for four years in a row. Students take pride in their loyalty and patriotism.
Central High School cadets have a firm grasp on their code of conduct as it relates to academics and extracurricular activities. Physical fitness training is conducted twice a week. Cadets enjoy getting recognition for their achievements. They can earn promotions through hard work and discipline. There are also multiple field trips scheduled during the school year.
Cadets are encouraged to strive for leadership positions. Cadets at Central High School are expected to conduct themselves with military honor at all times
