The University of Nevada-Reno in Reno, Nevada has an incredibly motivated Army Reserve Officer Training Corps Unit. Cadets in the Wolf Pack Battalion enjoy learning about military science in and outside of the classroom. Students especially enjoy learning new skills during the field training exercises.
Motivation and leadership are two main components of the ROTC program at the University of Nevada-Reno. Students take military science classes to learn about Army subjects. Leadership laboratories are mandatory and help students become better leaders. Keeping up with the physical fitness standards is an important part to ROTC success. The Wolf Pack Battalion takes pride in producing well-prepared second lieutenants.
