Apollo High School NJROTC

Apollo High School in Glendale, Arizona has a Naval Junior Reserve Officer Training Corps unit with a Naval Science concentration. Cadets focus on academics, physical fitness, patriotism and teamwork. Responsibility, respect and leadership are among the traits emphasized in this program.

Apollo High’s junior ROTC program has various teams available to cadets to participate in. The Sea and Land Team (SALT) explores the wilderness and schedules occasional camping trips. Uniforms and equipment will be provided to the cadets. They are required to wear the uniform once a week.

Cadets at Apollo High volunteer their time at various community events. Above all, Apollo High’s cadets are incredibly dedicated to community service. Developing a sense of community and selfless service is a top priority for the program.
