Located in Makiki, Hawaii, Roosevelt High School is home to a proud unit of Junior Reserve Officer Training Corps cadets. The cadets at Roosevelt High School spend time helping their community.

Preparing for annual inspections is a big part of life as a cadet. Cadets practice drill and ceremony in preparation for the inspection. Uniforms must be pressed and ready for the big day. Cadets also enjoy training for adventure challenges. Cadets compete in various events during an adventure challenge. Physical fitness, rope bridges, kayak navigation and swimming are just a few of the events held during an adventure challenge.
