Students that pursue a college degree while participating in the U.S. Air Force’s Reserve Officer Training Corps program become commissioned second lieutenants after graduation. The ROTC career track prepares students for life as an officer in the U.S. Air Force. Leadership is one of the most important aspects of the ROTC program.
