Homewood High School in Homewood, Alabama is home to one of the state’s most prestigious Junior Reserve Officer Training Corps. The Air Force Junior ROTC program is well known for their success in holding Honor Unit status four years in a row. The cadets at Homewood High School operate within an incredibly structured and smoothly running chain of command.
This is a dedicated group of students that are already demonstrating their commitment to selfless service. They hold various volunteer positions throughout the school year. Students participating in Homewood High School’s ROTC program can expect to go on interesting field trips. They even visit the Space and Rocket Center in Huntsville. Homewood High School cadets take pride in their physical training, drill and academic endeavors.
