The University of Florida’s Naval Reserve Officer Training Corps has a history of producing strong leaders. From freshman to senior year, there are so many educational opportunities for midshipmen. Commissioned officers will enjoy joining the prestigious ranks the University of Florida Alumni Club.
Midshipmen have multiple opportunities to take educational cruises to learn more about the lifestyle at sea. Students will get the opportunity to spend up to a month during summer break on a real Navy ship. There are many different cruise options. Some students even get to travel to Japan for cruises.
The University of Florida’s Naval ROTC program is a great place for midshipmen to get prepared for leading sailors. Students get superior instruction in the class and on actual Navy vessels.
